Our lives is all about being in a world of color.  Color is overwhelming our lives inside of our houses and out in our daily lives, Color organizing is one of the most powerful of elements in creating the fitting circulation of interior design therefore; colors must be planned in actual perspectives because they are effecting environments where complex patterns interact with perceptions.

Every interior designer knows that the colors in a room can affect mood. It is also important to create an intellectual decorating map. It can essentially be used to “level out” feelings or to create different attitudes the colors of the rooms in your home are a direct reflection of your personality.

Every color evokes a different feeling or mood with people and therefore result in a different reaction when seeing the color, try three picks. Choose a neutral for the largest items, a mediator color for main pieces then, pick a third more vivid color to pop in your statement accessories and décor

Blue:   brings down blood pressure and slow respiration and heart rate. that is why it is considered calming, relaxing and serene is great for bathrooms or living rooms, but go for softer shades. Dark blue has the opposite effect, evoking feelings of sadness. Refrain from using darker blues in your main color scheme.

Yellow:  Associated with happiness, that lightens your temper and can help you feel more cheery. It works well in combination with a relaxing neutral and in rooms with lots of normal light to create a quiet environment. It is a great color for kitchens, where many people start their day and is one of the most used rooms in the house.

Red: Symbolizes power and passion, and can evoke intense feelings like love or anger. Perhaps a bedroom with red is a good choice, It can be used to warm up spaces and make them feel more intimate, although it should only be used as accents, and not as a dominant color, as it could promote restlessness

Purple: is rich, dramatic and sophisticated. It is associated with luxury and creativity. Purple is a great choice for formal living rooms or master bedrooms because it adds an air of lush sophistication bonus: the darker the shade, the more passionate you feel. If used as an accent, it can bring warmth and depth into a room.

Green: evokes a feeling of the outdoors and can help relieve stress. With those recommendations, it would be great in any room: We can counteract this over-stimulation, by adding greenery to our windows and our decks, or living in a building that has a rooftop garden, so that, even for a moment, we can focus on nature and forget the buzz of the city below.

Black: is a very powerful color, it Offers a jolt of energy and innovation. It is best used as an accent because too much can leave people feeling overwhelmed and should be used in moderation, or it can overwhelm a room. Use black for statement pieces that you want to draw the eye.

Gray: Gives a sense of relaxation and serenity. Use gray in spaces like home offices or bathroom. Add color to liven things up; subtract it to calm things down.

Orange: Offers innovation. It has best used as an accent because too much can leave people feeling overwhelmed, it Evokes excitement and encourages an enthusiastic mood, and is an energetic color. While not a good idea for a living room or for bedrooms, and would be a great color for a children’s playroom or for an exercise room (but not for a baby’s nursery, as it can be too over stimulating).

So before selecting your colors, take time to think about the excitements you want to bring out in every individual room!
